Terms and Conditions

1. Services

• Leadgram cuts and publishes short videos on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Payment is for confirmed views, 3 USD per 1,000.
• Sending material or a message is a request for a quote. There is no contractual obligation until a contract is signed or an offer is expressly accepted.
• Publishing and view confirmation depend on the material received and on platform rules.

2. Account and responsibility

• To use the application you must create an account (via Clerk). You are responsible for credential confidentiality and all actions taken from your account.
• Material and data you enter in the application are your responsibility. Ensure you have the right to publish them.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee a view count. Results depend on the material, the platforms, and other factors outside our control. The service is provided “as is”.

4. Material and posts

• The client warrants the right to publish the material sent. Leadgram cuts and posts the short video from that material.
• Unconfirmed views are not billed. Payment follows confirmed views, at 3 USD per 1,000.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for: illegal activity; spam or unsolicited bulk communications outside the legal framework; infringement of third-party rights; unauthorized access; interference with the Services. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

6. Data and privacy

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under GDPR Art. 28 forms an integral part of this agreement and is available at leadgram.eu/legal/dpa. By using the Services you confirm you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and DPA.

7. Limitation of liability

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages.
• To the extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the last 12 months or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or close access for breach of the Terms or for operational reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

• Romanian law applies.
• For any dispute, please contact us first; we will seek an amicable resolution.
• Romanian courts have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
